Julius Fock

Julius is a passionate and driven individual from Singapore Realtors Inc. (SRI). He trains and coaches a team of realtors. During his National Service days, he served as a Police Special Cadet and achieved top of his batch cohort with the Baton of Honor and Best Trainee award in law and physical training. At the start of his career, he joined American Express Bank as a Credit Card Senior Sales Consultant, sharpening his ability to analyse market trends and consumer spending. Within a short span of 9 months he was promoted to Chief Sales Trainer, in charge of coaching a 70-strong telesales team — the youngest trainer with the bank at the age of 24. He was then posted to Hong Kong to open a new business card market. Seeking new challenges, he returned to Singapore and ventured into the real estate industry using his strong sales training background and business acumen. With his experience in the field, Julius has the network and knowledge to source and market properties for both buyers and sellers effectively. His work motto is "Real Estate with a Bang". In the span of his real estate career, Julius has transacted more than $300 million worth of property across landed, condo, HDB and commercial segments.
