For a Type 1 terrace, URA sets a minimum plot size of 150 square metres and a width of 6 metres for an intermediate unit, and 200 square metres and 8 metres for a corner unit. Landed homes are restricted property under the Residential Property Act, so foreign buyers need approval from the Singapore Land Authority.
